Meta-ready WhatsApp systems

WhatsApp front desk for a Belize retailerPrivate Org — Belize

Belize

Problem: A Belize retailer needed faster product, stock, pricing, and order responses without keeping every routine WhatsApp conversation on a single staff phone.

Approach: Silvatech deployed a Meta-ready WhatsApp front desk using WOP, approved business information, AI-assisted replies, order capture, and one-tap human handoff.

  • Routine customer questions handled before staff intervention.
  • Human handoff preserved for high-value, unclear, or sensitive conversations.
  • Bilingual readiness for Belize customers and regional buyers.

Campaign operations platform modernizationPrivate Org — Belize

Belize

Problem: A mission-critical campaign operations platform had to be modernized without pausing live operations or forcing a risky rewrite.

Approach: Silvatech modernized the platform slice by slice, keeping legacy and modern systems running together while new modules moved into a Next.js frontend and Go API.

  • Modern modules introduced without halting the existing platform.
  • Safer migration path because legacy and new stacks could operate together.
  • Control-room and reporting workflows improved while the platform remained usable.

AI + tool connections

One search across work toolsSilvatech Internal — Belize

Belize

Problem: Teams lose answers across work tools. Silvatech built a permission-aware AI search layer that queries multiple systems and answers with citations.

Approach: The system fans out across connected tools, respects user access, routes across LLM providers, and returns cited answers with human approval gates where needed.

  • One search experience across multiple work tools.
  • Permission-aware responses so users only see what they are allowed to access.
  • Foundation for internal copilots, research synthesis, and operational memory.

Managed virtual classrooms for real schoolsPrivate Org — United States / Belize

United States / Belize

Problem: Schools needed virtual classrooms connected to rostering, attendance, and single sign-on, not another isolated video tool.

Approach: The platform combined a customized BigBlueButton stack with student management, attendance, breakout rooms, whiteboards, recordings, and Google, Clever, and ClassLink sign-on.

  • Students and educators could enter class through existing sign-on flows.
  • Rostering and attendance connected the classroom experience to school operations.
  • Open-source video infrastructure reduced lock-in while allowing customization.

Lab & open source

Git-backed memory for AI agentsSilvatech Lab — Belize

Belize

Problem: AI assistants often forget context between sessions, repeat mistakes, or treat unverified guesses as facts.

Approach: Silvatech built a git-backed knowledge system where models propose claims, humans accept or reject them, and future agent sessions load approved truth.

  • Human-reviewed memory for agent workflows.
  • Clearer boundary between proposed claims and accepted facts.
  • Reusable base for internal assistants and customer agent projects.

Browser games with zero installsSilvatech Lab — Belize

Belize

Problem: Can one HTML file carry a whole game, engine, visuals, audio, and gameplay without installation and still feel responsive on phones?

Approach: Silvatech built two lab experiments: a 2.5D arcade fighter and a procedural FPS, each as a single-file browser game using three.js, WebGL, procedural audio, and procedural textures.

  • Demonstrated fast creative prototyping with no install step.
  • Kept the lab sharp on browser performance, interaction, media generation, and WebGL constraints.
  • Created demo assets useful for talent, experimentation, and R&D culture.
